With Cybercrime and Fraud posing significant risks to individuals, businesses, and society, it is incumbent upon us to increase awareness and take preventive action to protect ourselves, our financial institutions and our customers.  Join us for a “Lunch & Learn” Zoom event hosted by the RMA New England Women's Affinity Group. Our select panel of experts will provide insight into fraud prevention, financial crimes, law enforcement and IT infrastructure.

You will have the opportunity to pose questions to our panelists and moderator about cybercrimes and learn how to proactively manage related risks.

We will explore the following:

  • How do you know that a fraud has occurred?
  • What happens after a fraud/cybercrime is identified?
  • How do you report fraud to the appropriate agencies?
  • When does the FBI and/or law enforcement get involved?
  • How can bankers assist customers who become victims of cybercrime or identity theft?
  • How do we prevent future incidents?

You will have to attend to learn more…it’s “classified”!
