RMA New England Chapter Scholarship

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the New England Chapter of has temporarily suspended the Chapter Scholarships.

Eligibility
Applicant must be a dependent of an employee, an employee of an RMA New England Chapter Member Bank, a dependent of a member or member of the RMA New England Chapter.

Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 or equivalent (if an alternative rating system, detailed explanation of parity to a 4.0 system must be provided by the applicant’s school).

Applicant must be applying or is currently a full time student enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program at a college or university. The degree program must be business related (i.e. Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, etc…)

How To Apply
Student must complete all sections of the application. Failure to complete the application in its entirety may cause it to be rejected from consideration.

Student shall provide a 500 word essay on the following topic:

Digital disruption is defined as the change that occurs when new digital technologies and business models affect the value proposition of existing goods and services. How do you see Digital Disruption presently affecting the Banking Industry? How do you see financial services changing in the future by this digital shift?
