How will elevated inflation and rising interest rates impact the commercial real estate market? What are the different valuation techniques and how do appraisers determine which method to use? What are causes for concern, and what are the opportunities?  Join our panel of commercial real estate experts for a discussion on the macroeconomic factors and industry trends impacting the New England market in 2023.

Prior to the start of the panel discussion, the Chapter will hold its Annual Meeting, to elect the 2024 Officers and Directors, and to review the financial health of the Chapter.
